Sony Xperia Z1S Review

Upcoming Android Phones by Sony : Sony Xperia Z1S

We can now focus a lot more about the devices announced at CES 2014, we are ready embarks is the Sony Xperia Z1 asked exclusive for T-Mobile, a quick refresher about the Z1S it’s basically a new Sony Xperia Z1 made only for T-Mobile,

it still features the same

  • 1080 P
  • 5-inch display
  • 2.22 gigs quad-core processor
  • updated 32 gigabytes a built-in storage
  • the same 20.79 pixel G 1’s and almost the same construction as the original Z1.

You can compare it with

Orginal  Z1 was built all out a metal and glass while the Z1s retains the glass but ditches were still bear the fear a plastic one as a request from T-Mobile, why you may ask it’s in order to make sure this device to receive the best signal from their new 4G LTE 20 plus 20 network this is a category 4 capable LTE device by switching theory will reach speeds North over 150 megabits per second, now  T-Mobile’s 20 plus 20 LTE network is not really around yet but it will be coming in later part 2014 with much more coverage coming in 2015.

The device has a very simple design, it’s basically made from glass on both front and back and some really beautiful hardware buttons, the power lock button reminds me of an apple designer buttons fell on the iPhone 4 and up it just looks really well engineered, the new plastic band is really awesome I mean you are mainly touching the glass panels anyway, but you just don’t have that metal band anymore.

I do like how the ports are under protective covers mainly because BIP 50 rating also keeps design really really clean, however, one single slot is incredibly difficult, the SIM card slot is a flexible SRI which is hassle to insert back into the device, the backside up the device is one of my favorite parts the phone it reminds me of the Google Nexus  4 with its really simple design you have a nice camera ring surrounding a 20.7 Megapixel G 1’S , a beautiful experience local in some T-Mobile, nothing too exciting but it just looks fantastic .

Now the Display itself looks fantastic in pixel, the colors are true to life, the images look amazing on this pixel display, but one join or miss drawback is the built-in in removable screen protector placed on the screen, you can’t take it off it ruins the viewing angles for this phone, if you look at it from a far the image is clean and clear, but threw it off even to the tiniest angle and the display looks like washed-out mass, just take a look at the iPhone 5s a fit IPS panel, the viewing angle is a 178 degrees almost the full 180 and the screen is very readable throughout the whole range.

The icons appear to float on top of the display Z1 as on the other hand can barely go past 35 to 45 degrees before you lose all legibility up the whole display I’m not sure if it’s the IPS panel or if it’s screen protector but my bet is its on the screen protector not slide into a whole  experience nothing major has changed from the last Z1 were still running Android 4.3 , so we also have the applications like Playstation mobile and the host of the Sony applications like the walkman and the video series.

Sony’s user interface is actually pretty meet them simple one thing I don’t like, however, is the lack of options through the notifications bar maybe Samsung has room you basically having the whole sentence page on their menu but the water customizing what’s and show a notification bar is the real disappointment, one redeeming feature however is the ability to watch a multi-window type a view for a few applications at the web browser or calculator, it opens up rate in the section up display and you can resize them, you can move them around and have actually a couple them on the same display out one single time its really cool and simple experience.

Experience through the whole devices overall really quick, it’s what we expected from 2.2 gigs quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and Android 4.3 doesn’t miss a beat plays games beautifully runs applications just like they were meant to be run.
The only star we found is the occasional web overload on Google Chrome but even the best of the best like the note 3 can suffer from the same think.

Now I know the IP 58 ratings is a big deal for a lot of people being waterproof in 4.9 feet of water is relevant to someone who lives in Seattle or may forget their cell phone on the occasional hot tub situation, I get it me for your bus what a person this IP 58 will come at a price, it’s not something you can see but it’s more of something that you are here since the speakeasy to be able to withstand some water they do have a water proofing which means the sound is absolutely terrible, Iam sure you have heard about this before, we also have the same problem the iPhone has the Allpoint in the wrong direction it’s not true stereo sound which means the bat audio is even worse when you are trying to actually watch a video using the speakers, just use your headphones if you wanted to watch a movie.

Now Iam not gonna test the water proofing up this device Iam sure there’s plenty of reviews around the internet showing even as the one in water so yes we can take a dip in the pool it can take 4.9 feet to up to 30 minutes I trust them on that.

Sony Xperia Z1S the best of Sony.

That's it, choose your Upcoming Android Phones in summer 2014 and enjoy.
